Joe started in real estate in 1990 and has been a salesperson, branch manager and a business owner. At its largest the business he co-owned had four offices and employed over eighty salespeople. He also co-owned a property management company that grew from start up to be the largest single office property management company in West Auckland. Joe then did it all again co-owning another multi-office real estate sales and property management company.

At all levels of his real estate career, he has won awards for his achievements, and offices he has managed have won numerous regional and national awards.

Joe is an associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. He is passionate about real estate and property management and the opportunities that these fantastic industries provide. Not only to those directly involved in the industry but to all property owners, investors, and prospective owners. He believes that there is no better investment than property and is very proud that he has helped many, many New Zealanders achieve their dream of home ownership and growing their retirement nest egg over the years.

Joe has a real focus on customer service and a commitment to always doing his best.  In his role as the business owner of Blue Fern Property Management his goal is to ensure that his team concentrates on providing exceptional service at all times knowing that through this, success follows.
