topics of importance via newsletters, emails & social media. We like your
attention to detail. We know that our property is checked regularly for
rent increases etc - maximising our investment. You have a good supply of
reputable contractors on hand to attend to any maintenance needs. And you have
negotiated special rates with them as well. You thoroughly check all applicants/ potential
tenants during the selection process to ensure we get the best possible tenant
for our property. (These checks include credit checks, reference checks and
background checks). You do regular rent reviews to ensure we are receiving optimum
rent. You also monitor rent payments regularly to ensure rents are paid
on time & eliminate arrears
