How To Apply
If you are interested in any of the properties we currently have advertised, we suggest you first drive past the property and view it from the road. Please do not enter the property as there could be people in residence. If you are interested in viewing the property further, please click the button below.
If a viewing time is scheduled and there are spaces available, you will be able to book these viewings. If there are no viewing times scheduled or the current one is fully booked, you will be able to register your details to be kept informed, as future viewings are scheduled or receive notification if the property is rented. Viewing slots are limited so we suggest you book in promptly to ensure you don’t miss out. Once you have viewed the property, we will send you a link to submit an on-line application. All applications should be completed and submitted within 24 hours of the viewing.
The property manager will then keep you informed of the status of your application through this platform. A property must be viewed by the applicant or their representative before any application will be considered. If your application is accepted the property manager will advise you. If you choose to proceed, 2 week's rent will be required within 48 hours to confirm. This amount will then form payment of your first 2 week's rent on the signing of tenancy paperwork. Before the commencement of the tenancy, the bond, equivalent to 4 weeks’ rent, is payable before keys are released and access to the property is granted.
