Grace has a wealth of experience under her belt and is passionate about client care for landlords and their tenants. She has both a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Property degree from the University of Auckland.  Going above and beyond is second nature to Grace, consistently leaving customers delighted with her outstanding service. She is a good listener, calm under pressure, and adaptable to all situations. 

Fluent in English and Mandarin, Grace knows that speaking multiple languages is of great benefit to both landlords and tenants, and this enables her to better understand and communicate with people.  

For Grace, customer satisfaction is the greatest fulfilment, and this motivates her to overcome practical challenges and to thrive in her role as property manager. Her heart is in every aspect of her work. 

Grace also walks the talk being a property investor herself and in her spare time loves hanging out with friends and traveling around the country. Grace is an integral part of the Blue Fern Property Management team. We are truly fortunate to have her as part of our team.
